Established in 2012 by husband and wife team Tim & Annika, RAE provides electrical, solar, mechanical and communications to the residential, commercial, industrial & rural sectors.
Based in Toowoomba, RAE are well positioned and experienced to deliver quality projects of every size and scope.
Our team continually adapts to the changing needs of the market as demonstrated by the upskilling of staff to carry out end to end works.
Our respect for our team, systems and resources enhances our ability to service the needs of our clients, regardless of their location and allows us to offer a professional electrical solution no matter the size.
Tim Ehrlich Director
I grew up on a third generation dairy farm in Evergreen Qld. Dad always had us working and held a high standard from anything between fixing pumps to picking up rocks in the paddock. I learned a lot about the urgency of electrical work on farms, especially when they involve dairy sheds, feed mixing and irrigation. I left the farm to pursue a profession in the electrical trade directly out of high school. I spent a year on sabbatical fishing the Whitsundays (a far cry from my 5am milking days) after completing my apprenticeship where I met my wife Annika. We have two amazing boys who make sure I never miss a hit of Cricket in the backyard after a long day and almost always enjoy their time fishing the dams with me. Our focus for the business has and always will be on the customer. I consider myself lucky to have such an amazing team that loves to work together and holds the same values. I truly look forward to helping you with your electrical and solar needs.
Locky Lucht Leading Hand
Locky has been with RegionAll Electrical for over 5 years. He would help out by labouring on different jobs before deciding he wanted to learn the trade. Since the very beginning, he has been an invaluable asset to the business and the team. You would be hard pressed to find a more dedicated and hardworking employee than Locky. His attention to detail and demand for quality work are apparent on every job.
Braden Gainey Team Leader
Braden started with RegionAll Electrical as a school based apprentice and his professionalism and maturity have been an asset and a great fit for the company from day one. As one of our leading hands we are confident and proud to have his input on projects and appreciate his increasingly proficient skills and tidy workmanship.
Mitchell Allen Apprentice
Mitchell came to us for work experience during his year 11 of high school. We quickly realised we needed to offer him an apprenticeship as his dedication, skillset and work ethic at such a young age are hard to come by. It was obvious his parents instilled in him these invaluable qualities and we are always confident in his ability to provide superior service on every job he attends.
Jayden Amon Apprentice
Jayden came to us with an eagerness to learn as much as he possibly could about the electrical industry with the smarts to back it up. He is a great addition to the team and we know he is going to go far in his career.
Annika Ehrlich

Hi everyone! I’m Annika… the lady behind the RAE tradies and the voice on the other end of the line.
A little about myself… I was born in Germany, lived in Canada and am now a proud Australian Citizen. Tim and I have two wonderful little men that make us extremely proud with every passing day. They are our ‘why’.
I’ve worn many hats over the course of my working life including Practice Manager, Social Media Manager, Events Co-ordinator, Bar tender etc etc (the list just goes on). When Tim and I started RAE back in 2012, I probably entered into self employment with a bit more blind faith than my tradie husband. It was a decision based around being able to provide a life for our family that allowed me to be at home with our boys while combining all my previous talents into one RAE position.
I absolutely love my job and my passion (besides being mama to our boys) is being able to be a part of something that helps others love what they do as well.
Courtney O’Leary
Administration
You may have already had the pleasure of speaking with our Ah-mazing admin ‘unicorn’ Courtney but if you haven’t, be assured that she is our master of detail, the one that pulls it altogether and provides you, our customers, the very best service from whoa to go.
Courtney comes to us with a background in managing her own trades business and assists with systems integration, product development and everything in-between. She ensures we keep on track whilst we go searching for the bright shiny things.
On the flip side, Courtney’s love and devotion to her family at home perfectly align with the RAE philosophy of people before profit.
